InfoViaggioWebsite privacy notice
Scope
This notice covers the public InfoViaggio marketing website. Public app registration, chat and paid services are not currently available. Their data practices will be described before public access begins.
Visiting the site
This website does not use analytics or advertising scripts or set website cookies. Requests pass through Google Cloud infrastructure to deliver the site; technical connection information is processed to serve and protect it. Website access logging is not enabled in our web-server configuration. Operational or security systems may still record technical events.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you sign up, we collect your email address, edition and language choices, and confirmation records. We encrypt email addresses in our database and use Resend to deliver confirmation messages and newsletters. We do not activate a subscription until you confirm by email. You can change your preferences or unsubscribe using the links in our messages.
Newsletter retention
Unconfirmed signup details expire after seven days. Unsubscribing removes the readable address from our subscription database and stops queued newsletters. We retain a non-readable identifier to honor the unsubscribe request. Delivery records are retained for 30 days. Resend processes delivery information under its own data practices. Short-lived, non-readable network identifiers help prevent abuse of the signup form.
Language suggestions
You can suggest a language without providing an email address. Optional availability alerts and newsletter subscriptions require separate choices and email confirmation. Unconfirmed contact requests expire after seven days. Availability-alert details are deleted 30 days after the notification. Newsletter subscriptions have their own retention and unsubscribe controls. Language request counts are internal only.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to handle your inquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, account tokens or other unnecessary sensitive information.
