Our editorial approach

Our planned coverage starts with approved airline, loyalty-program and other primary sources, alongside approved secondary reporting. Forums, community sections and comments are never evidence for our factual answers or articles.

Independent reporting, not identical wording

A factual claim can be supported by a primary source or by two independent secondary sources that agree on the material information. The wording can differ. Program names, amounts, dates and eligibility still need to match. Two stories relying on the same underlying report do not count as independent confirmation.

Sources you can follow

Single-source reporting can be attributed naturally. When two independent sources support a statement, both can be cited. Conflicting details should be explained, and expired offers should be identified as historical. We do not display prominent verified or unverified badges.

Private conversations remain private

Private chats, chat summaries and personal search results are excluded from public publishing. Public coverage will be based on eligible ingested source material.
