Two date conditions determine which Saver-fare earning rule applies.
The revised earning rule
Alaska’s flight-earning page says X-class Saver fares booked on or after June 11, 2026, and flown on or after August 1, 2026, do not earn Atmos Rewards points or status points. Both conditions matter. Source: Alaska Airlines — Earn points on flights
Earlier bookings and a separate lifetime counter
The same page lists earning at 30% of miles flown for travel through July 31, 2026, or bookings made before June 11. It separately says X-class flights after August 1 count actual flown miles toward Million Miler achievement. Lifetime miles, redeemable points and status points are distinct measures.
