Delta Marks Fifth Straight Skytrax Staff Service Award

Delta said travelers gave it the 2026 Skytrax Best Airline Staff Service in North America award. The airline said this was its fifth straight year of recognition.

Skytrax bases the award entirely on customer feedback. It covers service travelers receive at airports and onboard.

Delta employees accepted the award in London on September 18. Delta said its workers serve nearly 200 million customers annually across about 5,000 daily flights.

Delta is displaying employee portraits in Times Square and on out-of-home displays across the country to mark the recognition.
