InfoViaggioDelta Park Partnership, Staff Award and Iberia Family Account Rules
Delta said it received the 2026 Skytrax Best Airline Staff Service in North America award, its fifth consecutive recognition. The award is based entirely on customer feedback about airport and onboard service. Delta employees accepted it in London on Sept. 18.
On Sept. 23, Delta and the National Park Foundation announced a partnership. SkyMiles members can donate miles through 'SkyWish' to support the foundation’s mission. Delta said airport experiences, park-discovery options, and volunteer opportunities will follow, without providing dates.
Iberia Club Family Accounts allow two to seven people to collect and redeem Avios together. An adult member can create an account and invite up to six people with active Iberia Club or Iberia Kids accounts. Members cannot belong to more than one Family Account, and the minimum membership period is 12 months.
